Still using WhatsApp?

There was a blaze of adverse publicity when owners, Facebook, announced a change of privacy policy in Jan 2021. WhatApp was a great product, but having bought it (valuing each user at $55!) Mark Zuckerberg is keen to get a return on that investment. That comes from gathering more data about you by changing the privacy policy. 

The change was postponed by a few months until the fuss died down, then after some advertising, which failed to address the fundamental concerns, reintroduced the policy changes.

I’m one of the millions who have closed their WhatsApp accounts and can’t say I miss it.
