Transition to Sole Trader Operations Effective Immediately (Sept 2026)

As part of a planned corporate restructuring, LaserTechnik Ltd is closing.

Service operations, intellectual property, and active contracts are transferring directly to a sole trader business.

Continuity of Service: There will be zero interruption to your ongoing support, service availability, or day-to-day operations.

Contractual Transfer: Any existing agreements and service responsibilities formely assigned to LaserTechnik Ltd are now assigned directly to W R Hindle t/a LaserTechnik.

I will be contacting all currrent clients with more details in the near future, but most importantly it’s largely business as usual, anything you need just phone or email.

It’s not possible to retain a the current bank account as it is in the name of the limited company. Revised account details are:
